A: Sometimes we sell out of styles quickly, so if you are looking to exchange an item and don't want to miss out, we recommend returning your items for a refund and then purchasing what you are looking for right away. We will process your refund within 3-5 days from the arrival of your return at our warehouse.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: We push our shippers to do the best they can, as fast as they can. We're still small though. Orders generally ship within 48 hours of being placed, but processing can take up to 3 business days as we don't always ship on FRIDAYS. U.S. orders may ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, depending on your location and what was ordered. For U.S. orders, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. International orders ship via USPS and can take 2-3 weeks. We do have a FREE option for orders over $89- that appear in checkout.
DOES LB’s SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Yes, we will ship apparel and accessories only.

DO I REALLY NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH LB’s?
A: No, but you should. Having an account will make it much easier to place future orders, view order status, and track shipments. But no....you don't have to. You should though....
